Named after our founder Samuel Paynter Musson, S. P. Musson originally began trading as a wholesale/retail company and was one of the original six companies that formed The Barbados Shipping & Trading Company Ltd. in 1921.
Over the years, as the business evolved, S. P. Musson became predominantly involved in the rental and management of commercial properties throughout the island. In addition our company is a major land developer. We are well known for renovating properties, particularly old warehouses and have received high acclaim for preserving the flavor of traditional architecture of old Bridgetown.
Having been successful in one area of real estate, it was a natural progression for us to take our passion for property to the next level. In the past three years, Musson branched out into sales and rentals of both residential and commercial property, and we now offer a full range of real estate services under Musson Realty.
Our sales team is made up of Andrea Carrington, Peggy Kirton and Diana Marshall and our Rentals team is managed by Ian Donovan and assisted by Ermine Blenman.
